We build a strategy based on your criteria, location, readiness, and search horizon.
If you’re not placed into a relationship within your tier timeframe, your membership fee is refunded.
You may also choose to extend your membership for an additional 6–12 months at no extra cost.

*Relationship definition: A confirmed relationship requires a minimum of 3 in-person dates, plus separate interviews with both parties to verify mutual interest and exclusive commitment. For long-distance situations (1,000+ miles apart), a minimum of 2 in-person dates is required, along with ongoing and consistent communication thereafter.
