Perfect for those open to meeting someone more than 250 miles away or looking to relocate. Our new service called Passport helps increase the chances of a potential long-distance relationship by connecting you to your match immediately via a video chat.

Supporting Long-Distance Relationships

Did you know that nearly 1 in 4 singles are open to a long-distance relationship—a number that has grown significantly since COVID? While most people prefer proximity (since distance can be a challenge to long-term success), the reality for gay men seeking lasting relationships is different: we represent less than 1% of the population. Simply put, the larger the radius, the larger the pool of quality matches.

That’s why Gayquation created Passport—an extra layer of support designed to make long-distance introductions easier, smoother, and more successful.

With Passport, your matchmaker will set up a video introduction via Zoom within 72 hours of your match being green-lit. This helps break the ice quickly and get the connection moving in the right direction.

In addition to qualifying your match and arranging the introduction, your matchmaker will:

Coordinate dates and times for contact
Arrange an optional 3-way call with you and your matchmaker present
Follow up with your match if no communication is made within 48 hours
Help reschedule calls when needed

Please note: Passport is only available to clients who are open to meeting someone 250+ miles away from where they live. Your matchmaker will confirm your comfort level with this option during the interview stage of the process.

If you have questions regarding this new feature, please contact your lead matchmaker directly or email us at: support@gayquation.com.
