Our vetting process is designed to protect both your heart and your peace of mind. Once you approve a potential introduction, you’ll also receive a summary of the background check. This process includes:

Reviewing digital footprints
Cross-referencing public profiles
Photo authenticity verification
Location and residence validation
Contact information confirmation
Marital/divorce status verification
Criminal background screening
A prospective match must successfully pass all of the checks above to be considered qualified. If results are inconclusive, your matchmaker will make a final determination using additional factors, including direct communication and overall consistency. Should you ever discover that a match has misrepresented himself, he will be immediately replaced under our Match Guarantee.
